The PRP Lab strives to provide a service at competitive prices; however, when patients fail to arrive for appointments, medical practitioners are left idle. If we were to make allowance for patients not arriving for their appointments, it would mean that our prices would have to increase; hence us requiring terms and conditions.

Consultation & Booking Fees

We require new patients to make a £50 holding deposit to secure an appointment for non-surgical treatments/consultations, which is fully redeemable against any treatment at our clinics. If you come in for a consultation but then decide not to go ahead with a treatment, the £50 fee is used as a consultation fee to pay for the practitioners time. All booking fees are taken at the time of booking. You must attend the consultation within 3 months of making the payment - reschedules exceeding the 3 months period will invalidate your payment and a new £50 will need to be made.

The holding deposit is redeemable up to 3 months from your consultation date.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Holding deposit/consultation fee are non-refundable should you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy.

For existing patients, we charge a £50 administration fee if you fail to/arrive late*/cancel/reschedule an appointment without providing 48 hours notice. If you have purchased a course of treatments, we may charge you the full cost of the session in case of no-show or last minute cancellations / reschedules. We only allow up to 3 reschedules for an appointment, even if a 48 hour notice is provided each time.

If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, we may refund at our discretion without any penalties.

*Please note that if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment (or 10 minutes late for a consultation only appointment), as a result, we may have to cancel it and you may be subject to the above cancellation fee. Alternatively, late arrival could result in a reduced consultation and/or treatment time.

The PRP Lab will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment.

Courses of Treatments

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the first session. Any sessions not completed within 6 months of purchase, may no longer be redeemable.

Outcome of Treatments

Results for every treatment will vary from person to person. We always aim to provide you with the best results, however the possibility and nature of complications cannot be accurately anticipated and therefore, there can be no guarantee as expressed or implied either as to the success or other result of the treatment(s).

Your Right To Complain

Complaints are taken very seriously at The PRP Lab. In the event that a patient has a complaint, they should speak to one of our Patient Care Specialists at the earliest opportunity who will endeavour to resolve any issue(s). If, however, a patient feels that the issue(s) are not resolved to their complete satisfaction a formal complaint can be lodged and submitted.

Patients will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt of a complaint within 2 working days. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and patients will be informed of the outcomes within 20 working days of the written acknowledgement.

Age Restrictions

Due to regulations, we regret we cannot treat persons less than 18 years of age. Please be aware that we will have to turn you away for your appointment if you bring someone under the age of 16 with you into the clinic. In the event of this, we will have to cancel the appointment and the above cancellation fees will apply.
