By setting up a Direct Debit to our Subscription plans, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Subscription Duration

    • Subscriptions are available for 3-month or 6-month terms.

    • Subscriptions cannot be paused or suspended once started, except under medical circumstances (see Clause 6).

  2. Treatment Allocation & Carryover

    • Clients are entitled to 1 treatment per month (Gold), or 2 treatments per month (Platinum).

    • You may carry over a maximum of 1 unused treatment to be used during the active subscription period.

    • Carryovers must be used before the subscription ends; they do not roll over into future subscriptions.

  3. Missed or Cancelled Appointments

    • Missed or no-show appointments will not be refunded or carried over.

    • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment rescheduling.

    • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of that month’s treatment.

  4. Medical Rescheduling

    • In case of illness or medical inability to attend, a GP, doctor, or hospital note is required to reschedule without penalty.

    • Medical evidence must be provided within 7 days of the missed appointment.

  5. Grace Period

    • A 1-month grace period is added to all subscriptions to allow for healing time, recovery, or delays due to medical concerns.

    • This does not extend the number of treatments; it allows flexibility in scheduling.

  6. Eligibility for Treatments

    • All clients must attend a consultation prior to treatment to assess suitability.

    • If you are found unsuitable for a selected treatment, alternatives from your package will be offered. If following a consultation, the clinic determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment and the subscription is not appropriate for you, your subscription will be cancelled and no charges will be applied

    • Treatments are not transferable to another person.

    • Prescription treatments such as Anti Wrinkle Injections can only be administered if the medical criteria is met and minimum time between treatments have been fulfilled. Anti Wrinkle Injections are not meant to be administered too frequently. There must be a minimum interval (typically every 12 weeks) between sessions.

  7. Payment Terms

    • Payment is taken via Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.

    • Failed payments may result in suspended bookings until payment is received.

  8. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Subscriptions are non-refundable once treatments have started.

    • Early cancellation of the contract is not permitted unless for medical reasons (with official documentation).

    • We reserve the right to terminate the subscription if a client is found in breach of terms.

    • Full refund can be offered if subscription is cancelled 7 days prior first treatment and no treatments have taken place.

  9. Treatment Booking Priority & Location

    • Members receive priority booking, but appointment slots are subject to availability.

    • We recommend booking treatments at least 4 weeks in advance to secure preferred dates.

    • Packages only available from our Mayfair Clinic. Subscription treatments not offered in our Loughton branch.

  10. Results Disclaimer

    • Results may vary per individual, and multiple sessions may be required for optimal outcomes.

    • We are committed to your care but do not guarantee specific results.
